Summer is here!

It's officially summer at the Daniel house.  How do I know this you ask...

Memorial day came and went?

The pool is open?

I have 17 mosquito bites?

I finally shaved my legs so I can wear shorts in public?

I've already gone through an entire bottle of sunscreen on my fair skinned child?

While those are all correct answers in theory, it is not exactly what I was thinking.  This is how I could tell it is officially summer...

Mason and Carson (my nephew)

Taylor (my niece)

The slip 'n slide

The kids LOVE it!

And when I say kids...

that includes this big kid...

my husband...the slip 'n slide champion!

So this is how I can tell it is officially summer... I have 4 kids (ages 2, 5, 11 and 30) playing in the water in our backyard.  It is going to be a great summer!

Check back at the end of the week, we have some very big events coming up including our 5th wedding anniversary and Mason's first trip to the circus!
